I love being in the kitchen cooking and experimenting with different approaches to some of my favorite dishes. Taking a simple dish to new heights or making a complex dish less complicated. Vegan controversy

Over the past several years there’s been an increase in the vegan lifestyle. Personally, I’m a big fan of my veggies. There’s so many different approaches you can take with recipes in creating that special dish that just screams yummm! I’m not sure what the controversy is but Vegan spells flavor just as much as meat does in so many different ways.
