Over the past few years I’ve been trying to get rid of some stubborn pockets of fat. After 3 C-sections later the odds were against me. I’m sure some of you can relate to my underlying saga (lol). You know; the resistant fat that doesn’t disappear with diet or exercise. So that’s my story and I’m sticking to it!

Finally, I thought I would consider an alternative approach to my attempt to get rid of this stubborn fat. I began researching non-invasive procedures such as Coolsculpting, Laser Lipo and Radio-frequency Skin Tightening. So, I chose Laser Lipo in addition with Skin Tightening. After speaking with Emiliana (esthetician) at Resh Salon & Spa located in New Castle, Delaware, I felt comfortable with the process and knew what to expect and how to get the best results. When I began this journey, I was skeptical but begun seeing results with each session. During each session, a strap is wrapped around the area being treated. Laser paddles are then placed under the strap where they will go to work breaking down those fatty cells. take a look.

During this process, i was advised not to drink caffeine and make adjustments to my diet as well as work the area being treated. For me this was my lower abdomen. I purchased 3 sessions which should be spaced 72 hours apart for best results. My last session produced major results. I left Resh measuring 2 inches thinner. It’s now been 1 week since my last session and I am feeling thinner and excited to see the final results over the next month or so. Still watching what I eat and working the lower ab muscles seem to be working for me.

Overall, I am very pleased with my results and anticipate doing it again on my mid back area. For the cost, it was very effective for what I wanted to achieve vs paying thousands for a more invasive procedure. While I only had 3 sessions the results you may be seeking may call for more. Every individual is different and it entirely depends on the area being treated.
